UCB Direct Returns Policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from UCB Direct and if you are not completely happy with it, you may return any item you have received from us for a full refund, under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 28 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned in new and saleable condition with all packaging and accessories
Shrink-wrapped items must still be intact with original shrink wrap (faulty goods excepted).
Please return goods to us with your original receipt, explaining the reason for return. If it is a high value item then we recommend you use a registered mail service for its return, as we cannot refund goods that are not received due to being lost in the post. Refunds will only be made using the original payment method (e.g. if you paid with a card, we will issue a refund).
We will replace or refund the original cost of the goods when returned in perfect condition. Postage costs will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
