Here's the MILLION DOLLAR question: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Jesus said to get to Heaven "we must be perfect", however, no one is perfect, in fact we all choose to sin against God. We deliberately do that which is wrong, we lie, steal, lust, hate, disrespect God, get drunk etc. How many times have you sinned against the one true God? You, like the rest of us, are a slave to sin. God's word tells us that all sinners (liars, blasphermers, the sexually immoral, thieves, etc) deserve eternity in Hell. The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" and "For the wage of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." All have sinned against God, and so we all deserve God's judgement.
But, God loves His people so much, He sent Jesus to suffer and die on the cross in the place of sinners. Then He rose from the grave, defeating death! You can't earn God's forgiveness, it is God's free gift. To be forgiven, you must repent (turn from and forsake your sins) and trust that it is by Jesusdying and rising again that you are saved. If you do this, the Bible says your sins will be forgiven and will live eternally with God. I plead with you, turn to Christ today and live.
